Solutions for aerial lift truck work failures from Anson

It is not a surprise that inevitable failures would occur during the use of aerial lift truck, mostly the problem is on the boom for not able to lift up, there might be several cases that Anson would like to show you:

1.Check the relief valve, if it is blocked, remove the dirt with a pump.
2. Check hydraulic oil quality is muddy, there are impurities.
3. Overload, each aerial lift truck has its own rated lift load, once the lift is overloaded, it would appear to be unable to rise up, reducing the load so that it can solve this problem within the load range.
4. Return valve is not closed, solution is to tighten the oil return valve.
5. Manual pump check valve stuck, return failure, the solution is to unscrew bolts oil valve opening, check and cleaning, replace with the clean hydraulic oil.
6. Multi-way valves, gear pumps-serious oil spill, the solution is to replace the pump seals.
7. Gear pump is damaged, no oil pressure, the solution is to replace the gear pump.
8. Hydraulic oil shortage, the solution is to add a little hydraulic oil.
9. Circuit breaker, the solution is to check the button contacts and fuses.
10. Filter clogging, replacement or cleaning measure.
11. Supporting valve or solenoid valve malfunction A, electromagnetic coil input voltage is lower than 220V. B, electromagnetic coil burnout C, valve stuck. Solution would be repair or replacement work.
